01 Introduction

phpvi is an online gaming platform operated for Filipino users and accessible at phpvi.app. As a personal information controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, phpvi is responsible for the personal data you provide to us and the data we collect about you through your use of the platform.

10 Children's Privacy

The phpvi platform is strictly intended for users who are 21 years of age or older. phpvi does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process.

If phpvi becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our data disposal procedures, and any funds held in the account will be returned to the depositing payment method after verification.

11 Data Security

phpvi implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

12 International Data Transfers

phpvi primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or fraud prevention partners operating internationally.

Where such transfers occur, phpvi ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers. These safeguards may include contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those under Philippine law.

phpvi will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without first implementing appropriate contractual or technical safeguards and, where required, obtaining your consent.

13 Changes to This Policy

phpvi reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, phpvi will notify you by email to your registered address or by posting a prominent notice on the phpvi platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phpvi platform following the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
