phpvi Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the phpvi website accessible at phpvi.app, including all games, features, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the phpvi Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in your phpvi Account wallet at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to your Account by phpvi, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the phpvi Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process phpvi uses to confirm the identity and age of its users in compliance with applicable regulations.

To register and use the phpvi Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register an Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phpvi or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phpvi or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access phpvi's gaming services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phpvi Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phpvi employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phpvi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

phpvi may require you to complete a KYC verification process before permitting withdrawals or at any other time at phpvi's discretion. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpvi Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify phpvi's customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

phpvi will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from phpvi that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

phpvi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except to the extent that such loss or damage results directly from phpvi's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

All phpvi Account transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpvi supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. phpvi targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or Maya, subject to system availability and phpvi's internal review processes.

phpvi reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the Account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.

phpvi does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which phpvi accepts no responsibility.

phpvi may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phpvi promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. phpvi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for phpvi welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• phpvi reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other users.

All games available on the phpvi Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

phpvi's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in professional studio environments and are subject to real-time monitoring.

phpvi publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phpvi's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any disputed game round. phpvi reserves the right to void game rounds affected by technical errors and to refund the applicable wager amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpvi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phpvi immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other users.

phpvi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its users. phpvi provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phpvi Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phpvi reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where phpvi has reasonable grounds to believe that a user may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including but not limited to: unusual deposit patterns, requests to increase limits immediately after a loss, or direct expressions of distress.

All content on the phpvi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of phpvi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use any phpvi trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpvi's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpvi Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phpvi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpvi does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpvi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond phpvi's reasonable control.

phpvi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• phpvi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• phpvi is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• phpvi decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination for cause, phpvi reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your Account. Real-money funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to phpvi.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting phpvi customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phpvi operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

phpvi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phpvi will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phpvi Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms became effective. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
